Welcome to the Tarzan & the Beachwaiters webshop – where surfpunk meets merchandise, mayhem, and mailboxes.

2. Applicability


These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, deliveries, and agreements made through our webshop.

Deviations are only valid if confirmed in writing by Tarzan & the Beachwaiters.

3. Orders & Agreements

  1. An order becomes final once confirmed by e-mail.

  2. Tarzan & the Beachwaiters reserves the right to refuse an order in case of payment issues, unavailability, or suspected misuse.

  3. All products remain property of the band until payment is completed in full.

4. Prices

  1. All prices are listed in euros (€), including VAT.

  2. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

  3. Obvious errors or typos in prices do not bind us (no matter how funny they may look).

  4. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

5. Payment

  1. Payments are processed securely through Mollie or PayPal.

  2. When using third-party payment services, their own terms and conditions apply.

  3. Orders are processed only after successful payment.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  1. Orders are shipped within 3 to 7 business days, unless otherwise stated.

  2. We ship via PostNL, DHL, or DPD.

  3. Delivery times are estimates — if delays occur, we’ll let you know.

  4. Tarzan & the Beachwaiters is not liable for damage or loss during shipment, but we’ll always help find a fair solution.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

  1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the order, without giving any reason.

  2. To initiate a return, e-mail us at info@tarzanandthebeachwaiters.nl

  3. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

  4. Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging.

  5. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method.

  6. Custom-made, personalized, or discounted items cannot be returned.

8. Warranty & Complaints

  1. We aim to deliver high-quality products.

  2. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days (photos help).

  3. If the complaint is valid, we’ll replace the item or offer another reasonable solution.

  4. Small variations in color or print may occur due to production methods — this adds character, not a defect.

9. Liability

  1. Tarzan & the Beachwaiters is not liable for damages caused by improper use of products.

  2. Any liability is limited to the total amount of the order.

  3. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages (like missing a gig because your hoodie got delayed).

10. Privacy


We treat your personal data with care and in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

11. Force Majeure


In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g. strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, shipping disruptions), we may suspend delivery without being held liable for delays or damages.

12. Intellectual Property


All designs, texts, logos, and images are owned by Tarzan & the Beachwaiters or used with permission from the rightful owners.

No part of this website or its content may be copied, distributed, or reused without written consent.

13. Applicable Law


These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
